Reality Error
How It Works
Reality Error separates the story from the verification: the episode catches your attention, then the sources help you check its context.
Comic Story and Reality Check
The Comic Story is the editorial narrative, designed to entertain without changing the meaning of the facts. The Reality Check explains what is documented, what remains uncertain and how the reconstruction was made.
Material claims have persistent references to relevant articles or documents. A reachable source is not automatically a reliable source: relevance, authority and context matter.
Verification and labels
Stories go through editorial checks and may carry a verification status. Disputed indicates an ongoing controversy or review; Debunked indicates an established factual debunking. An unreachable link alone does not make a Story debunked.
Italian and English
The IT/EN versions are editorially localised, not necessarily literal translations. Each language is assessed for clarity, tone, cultural context and risk. A language may be published, reviewed or excluded without duplicating the canonical event.
